El Alto Series
Two book series - El Alto and Return to El Alto
Readers Reviews
"Polished off El Alto last night - very gripping story and vivid imagery! - I have to start reading Return to El Alto immediately! - MJ"
“In a different tone to her previous books, Suzie brings a poignant and gripping tale of love, danger and jungle warfare into this tale of young lovers caught up in the revolutionary problems of 1970/80’s Peru.
With Suzie Hindmarsh-Knights’ famously descriptive and captivating writing style, this is a book you will want to set aside time to read. Her insight into the political unrest and the compelling forces surrounding the characters make this a mesmerizing novel – AT”
“Sometimes, all you want is someone to tell you a really good story, and El Alto is it.
Suzie’s El Alto series is expertly crafted and compelling, with a fast-paced storyline and colourful, believable characters. There are fascinating glimpses into the world of jungle-based terrorism, horseracing and life in the Adelaide Hills.
I am certain that you will devour this story like I did – KS”
